Wish I had a better picture. Somebody threw a 1-ton dual rear axle under their single-rear wheel Ford F-250, screwed some diamond plate to the fender lip, and called it a day.

Well, technically it does work. And really, diamond plate is probably stronger than the fiberglass on some dualies

New York? I give him a B for effort and a D for execution. Also, it could be a 350 and they replaced the bed with one from a 250. Either way, it still looks like crap.

Now that you say that, it probably was an F-350 with a swapped bed on it, lol. So many of those running around South Texas with shredded fenders from blown tires.

So it was Texas! I thought that at first, but the license plate looked more NY. Or it could be a 250 and they just put dual wheels under it...
